Kodo Millet Pongal Mix

Ingredients: Kodo Millet, Moong dal, Bull driven Groundnut oil, Pepper, Cumin, Cashew nut, Salt, Green Chilly and Curry leaf.

Preparation Method: Take 1 Cup of our Kodo Millet Pongal Mix in a pressure cooker. Add 10 cups of water and allow for 6 whistle.

Seasoning: In a Kadai or Fry pan take 3 spoon of cooking oil and heat it at low flame, add few curry leaves and chopped chilly and fry well.

Mix the seasoning with cooked Pongal mix and then serve with ghee.
