Barnyard Millet Pongal Mix

Ingredients: Barnyard Millet, Moongdal, Bull driven Groundnut oil, Pepper, Cumin, Cashewnut, Salt, Green Chilly and Curry leaf.

Preperation Method: Take 1 Cup of our Barnyard Millet Pongal Mix in a pressure cooker. Add 6 cups of water and allow for 3 whistle.

Seasoning: In a Kadai or Fry pan take 3 spoon of cooking oil and heat it at low flame, add few curry leaves and chopped chilly and fry well.

Mix the seasoning with cooked Pongal mix and then serve with ghee.
