All goods will be shipped within 2–3 days on receipt of order.

We provide two types of Shipping options, In Both shipping modes, we advise you not to collect any damaged consignment during delivery of  your order. Also please share necessary unboxing videos or photos to our official contact details +91-8105365937 or saraswathiorganics@gmail.com to claim refund or replacement.

1. Logistics Office Pickup

In this mode of shipping, both customer and Sri Saraswathi Organics will be responsible for any issue during transit.

Minimum order quantity for this shipping option is 5kg. If you select Logistics Office Pickup, We will ship through VRL / NAVATA to your nearest logistics office. It is customers responsibility to PAY the freight charges and PICKUP the order from the logistics office by submitting their ID proof as per Logistics Company Policy.

During checkout process of your order, You can mention Carrier (VRL/NAVATA) and Branch in the ‘Logistics Office Details’ section.

NOTE: Logistics Company will charge you a single amount for any weight between 5-30kg (within Karnataka around Rs 200/-) and 5-40kg (for outside Karnataka orders around Rs 500/-). So, if you order 5kg or 40kg you’ll be paying same freight charges.

2. Door delivery

In this mode, Sri Saraswathi Organics and our courier partner are responsible for any issue during transit.

Minimum Order quantity for door delivery is 3kg. Our PAN India Courier partners are DTDC for free delivery, For on demand Paid Delivery our courier partners are Delhivery,  Ecom Express, Ekart Logistics and Amazon Courier. Please Check with us for excess door delivery charges before placing order for on demand paid delivery mode.

DHL Express is our Courier partner for Delivery outside India.
